How to Connect Nibe Heat Pumps with the E.ON App

Preconditions:

• Your Nibe heat pump should be internet-enabled and accessible via API. Thsi requires a Premium Nibe subscription!
• Register and configure your device on the Nibe Uplink platform.

Connecting Your Nibe Heat Pump with E.ON

Use your Nibe Uplink credentials to integrate the heat pump into E.ON .

With Nibe integration, you can:

• Monitor and control your heat pump remotely.
• Optimize heating efficiency and energy usage.

Visible Devices

For compatible Nibe heat pumps, two devices will appear in E.ON:

• Space Heating – controls and monitors the heating circuit
• Hot Water Tank – controls and monitors the domestic hot water

Autopilot Integration

The Autopilot currently controls the hot water boost. It automatically triggers hot water production when excess solar energy is available or when electricity prices are low.

You can also manually run the Nibe “hot water boost” on excess solar with Autopilot (Solar Mode).

Steering the flow temperature with excess solar and/or energy price is upcoming.
